Training

Hair Expert Distribution offers a number of training options to ensure that technicians and stylists deliver an expert service for their clients. Training is carried out at the HED Academy in London or you can request an in-salon visit.

Digital Perm

Basic Training
Stylists and technicians are given a full introduction to the products and accessories used in conjunction with the Digital Perm system via a training video. This is followed by a demonstration of the techniques required before hairdressers practice the treatment, under supervision, on a model or training block. The session also includes advice on creating finished looks and appropriate home care products.

Advanced Training
Stylists and technicians are given additional technical information about the products which will enable them to perform the treatment on a wider variety of hair types. Hairdressers are also given more in-depth training on styling and care for permed hair.

Dependencies/Constraints/Limitations
The training is subject to purchasing the Digital Perm Starter Kit. This system is only available to those representing a hair salon or freelance hairdressers.

Basic and Advanced Training courses must be booked and paid for in advance.

All training courses are subject to a 7 day cancellation period.

Please note that full training will be provided to those who are representing Hair Expert Distribution such as regional flagship salons or distributors at no cost. Trainees must bring their own model to the training session and models will require a photo-consultation prior to the training date for planning purposes.
